Do not under any circumstances stay at this hole. Rooms were filthy, dirty,windows broken. Had to fix door handle that fell off. This motel is straight out of the projects. Very Scarry.
Dirty!!!!!! Overpriced!!! I'd give it no stars if i could. They should have to have up to date info on booking sites. So you're not being misled about the quality of the room and the amenities offered. A Continental breakfast should offer more than coffee and Dollar store honey buns... Or don't call it a Continental breakfast!!!!! The back entrance was broken and unsafe also unsecured so anyone can walk into the motel... No pool,no spa,and no fitness room either. The only plus is that i could bring in my dog albeit for an extra fee.... Dissatisfied to say the least!
This place was disgusting, dirty & just plain nasty! Walked in and an old lady was sleeping on lobby couch. Little kids playing in the lobby. Carpet was dirty & crusty feeling. Pillow cases were dirty & had cigarette burns on them. So bad we couldn't stay there. Would not recommend to anyone.Would give a 0 if I could!
Gross. The hallway smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The floor in our room was covered in stains, along with pretty much all of the furniture. There was an empty box of tissues in the tissue holder, the toilet took 3 tries to get it to flush. Our sheets had a cigarette burn, along with random stains, and there was hair on the pillowcases. The door lock was sticky, I don't even want to think of what it was that I touched. And finally, the tv was stuck on some sort of emergency screen. The remotes didn't work, there was no way to change the channel. We couldn't get out of there quick enough. So gross.
So I just stayed at the royal crest for a week and it was the worse experience of my life. When I arrived to my room there was cocaine stains on the table and a whiskey bottle under the bed so obviously it was not cleaned. Not to mention when asked if we were staying another week we said no...he said okay you clean the room before you go. Management also said there was no housekeeping and if we stay weekly we must supply our own towels garbage bags and toliet paper (this was said after we were there for 2 days not when we already paid) also on the 5th day we had no water for half the day..they say continental breakfast not true my bf went down to even return the key and yet again no breakfast and he could not even get a hold of anyone to give it to....I would not recommend staying here. The place smells like cigarettes and garbabge it should be called royal crust
