We were very happy to swim in the well heated pool, visit family in the area, and have a comfortable room to come back to. Complimentary waffles, coffee, and cereal for our kids in the morning just added to what we thought was already a pleasant getaway. For our purposes, this Baymont was everything we wanted.
Reception staff was great and very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again and highly recommend to other travelers heading to Gaylord. The location was very close to what we had planned while in Gaylord. We did not use the pool but it did look clean and well-maintained. Housekeepers were friendly as we walked the halls to breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was fresh.
No elevators ! We reserved a handicapped room. There was none available when we checked in. Ended up with a room on the second floor. Beds are hard and lumpy. Both my husband and I had backaches by the end of the week. Decor was nice and modern. Breakfast was good.
Nice place to visit. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and it's a nice location. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 b/c of the breakfast. I'm a protein guy and the only thing they had was small yogurt cups. You could probably count the sausage chunks in the sausage Gravy, but it still doesn't amount to much. The gravy was delicious though. If you like carbs for breakfast then this is the place for you; make-your-own waffles, 4 different cereals, biscuits, pastries, apples, oranges and fruit juice. I would stay here again.
Love the luxurious bedding, clean and comfortable, great staff, large variety of breakfast choices, (waffles are very good.) Amazing water pressure. Cookies at bedtime! Will definitely be back!
