Nice hotel! Very clean and helpful staff. It is close to downtown Gaylord and a lot of food options. They have a work out room and a pool. The rooms were exceptionally clean.
New hotel only a few months old in September 2017. The staff is doing well as they enjoy a new hotel to work with. I will probably visit many times given my work in the area. I hope they maintain the building well and the service at the front desk and breakfast.
Very clean, friendly, breakfast was outstanding almost anything you could think of was there coffee was excellent also. Smoking area for smokers would stay again
The hotel is newer and still has a new feel. Room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. 4 stars because, at midnight we asked for a 6am wake up call, NO call! We were late before we started. I don't like my check out bill being stuck to the outside of the room door, anyone could get my info off it!
Only negative was that they put chairs out front to lounge outside but they tend to be used by smokers so the entry to the lobby required passing through second hand smoke once or twice.
Newer hotel in Gaylord MI. Usually don't stay at Fairfield Inns because they seem to be the lowest end of the Marriott brand, but because this one was so new, I thought I would give it a try. Really nice lobby area, equivalent to what I normally see in the mid tier, or maybe slightly higher, Marriott hotels. Spacious rooms with everything you would need. Very clean. Good sized fitness area. Lots of food options around the hotel and located close to the Interstate.
Clean, as it is new, breakfast space is very nice, proximity keys, and nice parking lot.
