Tastes just like home cooked Turkey dinner. Haven’t had turkey dinner in many years due to travel issues. Stopped here just to get the turkey dinner combo. Portioned just right. Asked for extra gravy and it was delicious. Too bad I don’t come this way often.
GREAT place for turkey and more. The BLT will blow your mind, the bacon is great. Service is always warm, friendly and efficient.
$30 FOR 2 HEN PLATES WAS PRETTY EXPENSIVE. PORTION OF FOOD HAS GONE WAY DOWN IN LAST COUPLE YEARS. GOOD AMOUNT OF TURKEY BUT A SMALL SCOOP EACH OF POTATO AND STUFFING. WE USED TO ORDER IT AND BE ABLE TO TAKE LEFTOVERS HOME. PLACE ALSO NEEDS A DEEP CLEANING. COBWEBS ON ALL THERE DECOR. WATER TASTES LIKE SEWER ALSO. PROBABLY OUR LAST TIME DINING THERE. I CAN MAKE A LOT OF TURKEY DINNER AT HOME FOR 30 BUCKS!
A very homey environment. The food is absolutely fantastic. Very fresh and down home feel. Great prices and awesome staff.
The food was good, but the service is hit or miss and it really makes or breaks the whole experience. We called ahead to let them know we had a large party coming in. They sat us at two tables, the other table won the waitress lottery and their orders were taken promptly and food came out as ordered. Our waitress was downright rude. She forgot to take half the drink orders, ignored our attempts to get her attention, and then had the worst attitude when we would ask for items we ordered or let her know she brought us the wrong meal. The mistakes didn't bother me as much as her nasty looks and rotten attitude. We recommended the place, so it was doubly embarrassing for us.
