Service was awful. Took 10 minutes for someone in front of us to get a 6 piece chicken nugget and fries ordered, and they didn't have the salad this customer wanted because he hadn't got the lettuce ordered. They didn't give us our drinks, and when I was given mine I was given a small when I asked for a medium, so I got a lid, placed it on my cup and asked him why this was a medium and this was a small. They placed our order on a tray when we asked for to go, and then he just put it in the bag with no gloves, touching our fries, after handling money, and not washing his hands. We asked if they had tea, they said "There's not any in the lobby?". When we asked if they had sweet tea the register guy had no clue, and then after someone else started looking around they said "Oh we don't even sell sweet tea here." They gave us the wrong size frosty as well. Trash in both the bathrooms and the lobby were overflowing, one bathroom had no toilet paper and overall the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. Food was cold and fries tasted like they'd been sitting there all afternoon.
Service was great and super quick, although the speed of service was probably due to the time of day we were here.
Wendys bathrooms dirty. Tables dirty. Lady wiping tables did a poor job just a swipe and go.
Great service and good amounts of food for the price..
Food was great, everything was exactly how we asked for it. (One sandwich, plain, the other with everything, and one drink with no ice). Super great! I'd say we would probably stop here again whenever we pass through! :)
