Service was slow, food was average at best and the soup/salad buffet was overpriced at $9.99 for what it had to offer.
Very friendly (great with kids)manager. Clean restaurant. Recieved food fast. Food was great but biscets and gravy were only room temp.
I've only been here a few times, each time the food has been average, which was expected.
Standard fare - you get what you expect. It was a new store, clean and well laid out. We generally stop at big boy's because of standard expectations are met and history
I would highly recommend the management takes steps in bettering their service staff.
As a server, I completely understand getting backed up and things happening at no fault of your own. Anita was my server this most recent trip and I've had her in the past before, in which the service has never been good. This recent trip, she greeted us and took our drink order. Another server delivered our drinks, took our food order, and dropped off the food. By this point, I figured this "new" server was my server. We were never checked on to see if we needed refills or anything, which we did want, or how the food tasted. Anita then returned and dropped off the tab without a word.
Stopped on our way to the Soo. Food was good but no breakfast buffet til 9am, which was disappointing. We have always stopped and gotten the buffet at this location early in the morning. Someone--especially kitchen or wait staff sound like they were hacking up a hairball, which was kind of a turnoff. Overall a good experience.
