Waited in line for 10-15min in the drive thru at the Gaylord location and was turned away at 9:03pm. They said they regret to inform us but they must close at 9pm?? Website says 10pm. Very confused on why myself and four other vehicles were turned away? Will not go back.
Ordered a Blizzard from here once. Only time I will ever visit this DQ store. Not only did they give me the wrong flavored Blizzard, they also didn't do the upside-down test before giving it to me (which by the way means I should not have had to pay for it to begin with. It even says so on a large banner by the counter) but the manager I talked to argued with me about what "I" ordered even though the ticket I was holding clearly proved her wrong!
This place sucks was not bussy waited for 40 mins on food and still didn't get it they lost out order NEVER AGAIN...
Just ate for quick lunch and have not eaten at a dq in 3 years. Great service and atmosphere.
