My vehicle broke down on the freeway. My insurance company had the vehicle towed to N and J. They were absolutely awesome and helped me in every way during a very stressful event. I would highly recommend N and J.
Bought a backhoe from the owner of this company. Deal with this guy at your own risk!!!. Ad for machine was a complete misrepresentation and he misrepresented it completely at the time of purchase. My driver arrived to pick it up and load it - only to find the machine had serious issues with the Shuttle transmission. They haven't return calls to discuss the issues......Obviously not a guy with any integrity.
DAMAGED CAR! They hooked up onto a lower control arm on a small passenger car. It bent and the car had to be repaired and aligned. Rookie mistake, I called them to give them a chance to correct it. All they said was " refer to the bottom of our bill where it says not responsible for damage"! Thank god they didn't throw a J hook around the door post and pull it out sideways. DO NOT USE THEM, they are CARELESS!!! This is coming from a former wrecker driver with 4 years of wrecker and flatbed experience.
Well equipped outfit. Family business. Not the friendliest crew in the world, but that's how it is sometimes.
