These guys are great! My daughters van had 3 broken lug nuts on a Friday night 15 minutes before they closed. She is a single mom from the Lansing area and they stayed open an hour past closing to get her back on the road. They are heros!
We had a flat tire on the way north Friday of the holiday weekend. We called from the side of the expressway and the outstanding service started here. They immediately called us back and said they had our tire available, after roadside assistance gets your spare on, come on over we will get u a new tire. We pulled in and immediately we had 2 competent men getting our tire changed and our spare put back! Literally we were there 20 minutes and we were back on the road! Efficient service with very nice staff! Thank you so much Independence Tire we hope you all have a great Independence Day!
Poor customer service. I'm sure the work is fine and I'm sure the mechanics are great (always has been in the past). I went there for an alignment. They called me to come in due to an issue. I get there, they can't do the work but attempted to bill me for it. I couldn't believe it. I needed a new part so the work could be done. They wanted to change me for the alignment (that hadn't been done due to the part needed) the part with labor and a alignment (since they couldn't do it the first time). I tried to get them to wave the cost of one of the alignments since I was only getting one but they wouldn't. I understand the new part had to be installed and I would have to pay for it and labor. But to change me for no work being done. I asked them to do the part and alignment at the original price agreed plus cost and labor of added part but they wouldn't. I explained to the desk clerk that I can't pay for the service I didn't get and told them I never agreed to be changed a fee to tell me I couldn't get an alignment, or to be changed for a quote. Its not reasonable to have to pay for something I didn't get or agree to. I got a receipt saying for alignment service that wasn't done. They lost me as a customer and I found a different mechanic that did the alignment and added part for less than originally quoted for alignment here. I wish they wouldn't have handled it this way. I had been a customer for years and felt I was a valuable customer prior to this. It will take time for me to come back if ever.
Very great business with awesome customer service. The wife and I blew a tire out late last night. First thing this morning they took care of us. Gave us an amazing deal on all 4 tires with labor. The company is very veteran friendly as well. Thank you again!
I am from out of town with friends when we went off the road and the car started to perform a bit dodgy. It was 550 and we had a long drive home. We called up the shop asked if it was at all possible to have the car looked at right before close. Brad happily took us in and looked at the vehicle. It was a quick painless ordeal. After looking at it brad gave us a rundown of everything that happened and stayed late to help us out and was very positive working with us the whole time. What a good team with good people.
