WOW how RUDE !!! My family is looking for a campground for my two week vacation. We just stopped at 9:15pm and went to the front desk and explained we are looking for a campsite for two weeks. She gave me the price and I asked if we could drive through to check it out. She seemed hesitant so I said never mind it's no big deal. She said, "well my problem is, that it's dusk and there are kids around so I really don't want you driving through the park, you can park your vehicle and walk." WOW, I asked, you do let campers drive to there campsite right? She said, well yes, but I id need you to walk because there are kids out. That's was WEIRD!!! I'm a truck driver that trains new drivers and in 23 years I've never even had a ticket, more than 2 million miles driven and never an incident, but I can't drive in a circle through her campsite to see if it works for us. KOA HERE WE COME
They were being very rude answer phone saying state park but not even affiliated with Michigan State Park or dnr... This is a fake page nothing is TRUE!!!! This is Oscoda county Park not the DNR state park!!!!
Clean and large lots! Only downside is that I was told that you have to reserve online. Not a problem for me but could be for some.
Clean, with a variety of campsites viewing the lake. Many sites compatible with large 5th wheel trailers.
