Amazing to see the elk. Constantly close to the fence for the food. Nice place to drop by and start your day in Gaylord.
The land is gorgeous and peaceful. However, the elk stay fairly far away from the humans, so bring a pair of binoculars if you're really invested in seeing them.
Nice view of live elk. Would be better if it was handicap accessible.
If you are in Gaylord, this is a must stop to see! There are times the elk are very friendly and come right up to the fence, other times they are far out in the field.
