As a general dentist looking for an endodontist to refer patients from up North to....I stopped by Dr. Nearing's office unannounced. I would not hesitate to send a patient to him, nor to have him treat me. I found Dr. Nearing and his entire staff to be practicing Excellence in dentistry. All were very caring and concerned, putting quality of care and patient comfort first. His equipment and dentistry was on the cutting edge of technology.
