I have been a patient for many years and have always received excellent and friendly care.
The Doctors and staff are always kind and friendly. They seem genuinely interested in how I am doing, which makes a trip to the dentist a pleasant and reassuring experience. I am informed but not pushed to have more work done. They even bill me for my visit after they have checked with my insurance first. They do not insist on immediate payment as some local dentists do. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen.
If I could give then 0 stars I would. Trying to schedule an appointment was the worst experience ever. Scheduled and appointment, and had to cancel, because they wanted me to do their work for them by calling my insurance company and to call them back. Should be familiar with the insurance and what they cover. So if anyone can make an appointment at another office i would suggest them to go somewhere else.
They even seem glad to see me.
I have been seeing Dr. Steve for about 6 months. During that time, I have had a cleaning from Shelley, a crown and filling by Dr. Steve, and was referred by him to another great Endodontic for a root canal. But the greatest thing he had done for me, was to fix my partial denture at his office in just a few minutes, that was very poorly made by another dental office, and did not fit properly. It was so bad when I got it, I thought I was going to have to do without it for 5 years until my insurance would pay for another one but thanks to Dr. Steve, now it fits perfectly. I have never had a dentist that I liked as much as Dr. Steve. If you are looking for a great dentist, look no further, he is the one you need,
