I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!!!!! While the staff attempts to be nice they have no idea what's going on. And NO they don't do one night x-ray transfers even if they say they will. Because of OSHA (which has nothing to do with it is a HIPPA.) And those emergency appointments? Yeah right! You maybe able to get in a week or so. Your jaw is throbbing and you can't think straight? Sucks to be you.
Don't bother talking to a supervisor she can't do anything anyways. But it's definitely not the offices fault.
Gaylord Michigan, I had a terrible tooth ache, I called Aspen dental, they were able to schedule same day appointment for extras and consult. Was able to have molar tooth pulled the next morning. They were extremely friendly, very professional and reviewed x-rays with me. Overall a great experience. Thank you!!
It sounds so cliche but the staff was wonderful. I especially liked the girl with the pink hair and Tattoos everywhere. She was really nice. And the environment was nice, they even have Pandora radio so you get to pick whatever music you want to. I'll definitely be back
My visit was over all good except for when the dentist came in. She was interrupted several times by two different hygienist with problems for other patients. So her full focus was not on me.
My husband and I both enjoyed our Aspen Dental experience! He needed extensive crown work done and when we stopped in to the Gaylord office for an estimate, we were pleasantly surprised at how much less expensive it was than the quotes we'd gotten from other places. And everyone there was thorough, but quick, they explained everything clearly, and were so good to us, we feel like they're friends! They also went above and beyond to find an appointment with an endodontist for my husband. Thank you Gaylord Aspen Dental!!
