Agents from Coldwell banker and Bill Blaker realty of Gaylord conspired in an elaborate multifaceted scheme to defraud me from thousands of dollars.
The the harassment started almost immediately. Bill Blaker of Blaker Realty in Gaylord and Sherri Sapp of Coldwell Banker realty of Gaylord conspired to defraud me of thousands of dollars. After I discovered the attempted fraud I complained to the CEO of Coldwell Banker of Northern Michigan. His name is kennith Schmidt. Once kennith Schmidt realized that his agents we're quite possibly guilty of an attempted felony fraud kennith Schmidt engaged in a cover-up to hide the attempted fraud. He then instructed the office manager Mike Heath to threaten and intimidate me. I have ample proof of my entire story and I felt that I should share this with the public. You have been warned do not attempt any business with Coldwell Banker Schmidt of Northern Michigan. And if anyone else out there has been a victim of Coldwell Bankers fraud lies or deceit please contact me directly.
