Very nice and personable. He has went above and beyond to help us get into the house we want. I highly recommended him as a buyer/seller.
This guy is a crook. He is rude and does not listen to clients at all. I would not buy a house or anything from this guy if he was the last real estate agent in the world.
I would not use this realty company they do not use cell phones, dont work on the weekend so how are they selling your house? I have to contact another Realty company just to view a house they have listed.
Blaker Realty is definitely worthy of your business. In 2011 Bill helped us buy the property of our dreams. It took awhile to find just the right house, but Bill worked hard for us. Life threw a curve ball and moved us out of state a couple years later for work. We called Bill again to help us sell the house and could not be happier with the results. We now live 500 miles away and he did everything in his power to get our house sold and gave us the best advice and got us the best price for our property.

I am trying to view a house in the area that is listed with Blaker Realty company i am having no luck. 1. called on a Friday for someone to return my call on Saturday. 2. Dont dial extention 11 for Bill Blaker the message will tell you that extention in not available and to call back. 3. called back dialed extentin 12 no clue where that went no voice mail. 4. called back again left message on extention 14 no call back. 5. the hours of opperation is not on the recording. 6. drove to the office no hours of operation and they were closed. 7. it is now sunday and still no call. 8. tried the contact us form on the internet and it gives me a site error.
