Does each franchisee get to choose the amount of product to put in each sandwich or lettuce wrap ? I thought it was supposed to be the same at every JJ ? Guess not ..... at least in Gaylord.

Very disappointing... this used to be my go to place for a quick sandwich that I knew was safe for me to eat .
My friend and I ordered for lunch at the high school and it took 40 minutes for them to be delivered. Not so freaky fast.
I have been going there for a long time and always got the lettuce wrap and over the last I believe three months now they have changed their way of doing it and the guy even told me you're not gonna like this new lettuce wrap it's only about half as much as it was before. So why is that??
Over priced sandwich's that do not taste good. Skimpy on the meat and other condiments. I would go to the gas station for better tasting sub's/sandwich's.
food has always pleased me but even the management here is tremendous. i was employees here and didnt know i was taken off the schedule till i came into work one day. also was told to expect a call in the spring to come back because "the seasons just too slow to have you" i saw multiple new employees over the time of the winter and after asking the owner if he was hiring again he told me not quite yet and i saw more and more new faces here. NOT a trust worthy business to work for. also co workers were sometimes rude or lacked friendly communication with their customers.
This is the ONLY Jimmy Johns in Michigan that makes their lettuce wraps 1/2 the size of all the other JJ in the state.
