The pizza was pretty good, you can't really taste the "flavor" in the crust on the deep dish. The bbq wings were really good. The problem was that we went in early to wait on the pizza. We told them we were there and paid for it, but didnt receive a receipt. Lots of other people where there in the lobby. Then we sat there for AT LEAST 30 minutes. By then, everyone else was gone, then we went up and asked if our pizza was ready. They asked if we paid for it. Then looked for it and was like "oh, yup its ready. Here you go." Didn't say sorry about the wait or anything.
Love Jets pizza. Wish someone would open a location closer than gaylord
In my opinion, best pizza in Gaylord. I drive 15 miles for good pizza. Easy off and on I-75.
Not to mention the price is a bit absurd for what you get and the time it takes to get it.

My wife and I have ordered here numerous times. Most of the time it's been alright. Today we ordered 1 large pizza and an order of breadsticks, they said 45 to an hour, took them well over an hour to get here. Pizza and sticks were barely warm, when I called them to ask where it was at prior to delivery, they said it was on it's way. 20 minutes later they showed up, I live 5 blocks from the place. So either the driver got lost, or they let the order sit under the heat lamps. Either way we are going to stop ordering from jets. Bit
