Like others have written, Rudeness is definitely first and foremost. Not in any way considerate. Funny that they then call after bad treatment and want info they were too busy being impatient and condescending to get at the time. The place is a Huge joke full of peons
Never had a problem for waiting. Been going here for 3yrs and not much of an issue. Doctors are nice and yes there's one nurse that might need to change her career. Other than that it's a good place to go.
This place sucks. Rude. At the wait is extremely long. Yhru definitely need a new sysytem

Absolutely lovely people. I felt very well taken care of and they we're very thorough with their examination. The MA, Robin, was so sweet and the NP, Kim ,was very helpful and kind.
