Purchased over $300 worth of items. Got home and checked all the items with my receipt and found I was charged for 3 items I did not purchase. Instead of charging me one time for an item I was charged double and triple for the same item. I called and the gentleman stated the computer is very touchy and that I can bring back the receipt no problem. Later I received a voicemail message from someone from the office I believe Kathy who said it was impossible that I was overcharged for multiple items and that I had bought multiple items. I called back very upset and told her the only items I purchased more than one was bone broth. She agreed to let me return with my receipt and she would refund my money. I returned and did get my money back. However Kathy seemed to be under the impression I was lying about this and stated it was her word against mine that this had happened and that there was no way the computer would make this error. I had to drive 45 minutes to get there. I don't live nearby. I also had to cancel a lesson with a student, causing me to lose my fee for that day. Not once did Kathy offer an apology or offer to make this up to me. She made a remark "you got your money back" which I found condescending and nasty. Their items are overpriced, as I googled many of the supplements and found them on average $10 cheaper on the web. I believe in supporting local stores but not with employees like theirs. Will not return.
Great selection of natural and organic foods. Kind of pricey $$$$
Jojo's have a large selection of dietary supplements in stock but call ahead to see if they have it if you are looking for some of the fast-movers.
