***Update 8-9-2017*** Go to Bill March GMC in Traverse City, they are more than willing to help and will get the job done. If you absolutly must go to Wagar service dept Joe was my representative and he is unwilling to help make sure to stay clear or him.

Service department tried and failed. I brought my truck in on multiple occasions. My truck shakes (violently) when I tow any trailer. They blamed on the trailer even though it happens with any trailer I tow. They told me that if I brought it back to their service department I would be wasting my time and theirs as well, and to go back to where I purchased the truck. Go elsewhere! somewhere that is confident in their abilities that can get the job done. Joe was the service representative.
Everything went smoothly. Robert Johnson was very personable and informative. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
They take care of my vehicles very well. I trust these people. Especially the service manager Joe!! Good guy!!
