After test driving a vehicle I was very close to buying it, but the price was a bit high compared to other competitors. It's like the sales guy didn't want to bother trying to make a sale by seeing if they could drop the price a bit, and blew me off when I called and asked for documentation on warranty info. It took several call to get the info I wanted.
Adam was excellent he made me feel comfortable and at ease, Steve his manager was very warm and courteous and Jan the finance manager knew her stuff!
I ended up on Wednesday 12/20 two days after my first talk with Adam in a brand new beautiful compass. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Adam, Steve and Jan! You make Feeny a great place to shop!
I started looking for new vehicles in October of 2017. Up until this week it was an exhausting uphill battle. Most of the salespeople I spoke with or emailed could not return a call or an email. It wasn’t like I had my credit run and I was a no sale they wouldn’t have even known because they never were serious about trying to sell me anything. A few dealerships in Petoskey and Traverse City did call and we tried to make appointments in December but every time there was a storm or something hindering the process.

Finally on 12/18 after canceling an appointment in TC, I decided to try local again. I was not happy with the first salesman whom I never actually spoke with but couldn’t even return an email, so I got on the internet and looked up the reviews. I began tallying up the salesman with the best reviews and that is where I found Adam. So, late in the day on 12/15 I emailed him ( he can be found on the website) and sure enough Monday morning he had emailed back. Asking good solid questions about my trade and what I was looking for. Wanted to know a good time to call because he had a few more questions. He invited me to the big scary dealership to drive some vehicles while they appraised my trade in.

I really enjoyed my experience browsing the selection of cars on the lot. The sales person, Tiffany, was very, very helpful. She was not pushy but she knew her stuff and she was willing to help me find a car that might be good for me. I would recommend to friends and family this dealership.

This was on 12/19. They were very fair with my trade in, that I didn’t necessarily want to get rid of but I needed something with more room. I had an idea of what my trade was worth and they didn’t low ball me. I know they need room to be able to resell.
