WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE! My elderly father is on one of my lines, and the staff took advantage of him and up-sold him a phone 3x as much as the phone he was turning in. (it was only a month old, and he had gotten it wet).
We have purchased 3 IPhone 6's at this store and was very happy with the service in the store....... BUT.......WHY is it I cannot simply CALL the Gaylord store and talk to a REAL PERSON without giving them my email address and MY PASSWORD ? ? What ever happened to "Customer Service" where the customer is treated with respect and not like I have to prove my legitimacy BEFORE I can ask a simple question ? And DONT give the line of B.S. saying to "make my experience easier for me". ! ! Verizon has to remember that they ARE NOT "ENTITLED" to MY money or MY business ! WOW, PUT THE CUSTOMER BACK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ! !
