Lacking customer service!!! I walked into the door and there was a guy at the welcome desk who made eye contact and turned around without even saying hello! Wow! Really?.... Then I was looking for some clothing and accessories for my 2 brand new Arctic Cats only to have several employees look at me but offer no help whatsoever! I had to go up to someone (who wasn't wearing any clothes to make it appear he worked there) and he looked at it took him a minute to ask if I needed help! Thanks for wasting my time going there and making me feel like an unvalued customer! I will never go here again for ANYTHING!
First class..... I have been a customer of mega's for a few years now, and I have always been extremely happy.
Sales and service are always on top of it. I have 4 sleds and 2 jet skis they service every year, and every year, they have been perfect and ready to go.
