Hi cry love i went through the same experience that you son or daughter are going or went through at this school. The popular kids at the school would get away with bullying me by just simply lying to the counselors about what happened. I was bullied for two years. Constantly. And it got so bad that I almost hung myself in the 7th grade. The high school is much much better. I feel how your son or daughter feels. I went through it. I'm a 9th grader at the high school, is a much better experience. And although i'm not a parent going through it. I can completely understand you pain that you feel for your child. I hope things get better for them.
They do nothing about students and teachers bulling students it is a very sad day when a child can not trust people to protect them and the feel there only way out is to hurt them selves or kill them selves. When are we as parent going to take a stand and make the school be responsible for there actions.

Dress code. Is an issue in our school. In today's society us girls are told that we can't dress in the clothes our parents approve of because boys are disrespectful. The shoulder rule needs to be gone. Shoulders aren't provocative. Nobody is going to walk up to a girl and say "mmmm sexy shoulders" because shoulder are not bad. The finger tip rule needs to be gone too. The rule should be that shorts need to be at your wrists or below because it's impossible to get shorts at a certain length if their arms are too long. When the weather gets warmer ya girls are forced to sit in hot clothing because we can't dress "appropriately" in that kind of weather in a school with no air conditioning and we still can't wear shorts even if they cover our butts. You're taking us girls education away because the male teachers find shoulders and shorts more provocative than the male students. THE STUDENTS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM. THE MALE TEACHERS AND THE DRESS CODE ARE THE REAL PROBLEM.
