P.S. FedEx Air or overnight out of Pellston are all around outstanding, excellent service. Strange to get such polar opposite service within same company.

Talked to "manager" and it fell on def ears, no help and nothing changed.
In addition to not delivering they will not inform you but they will hold your package up to 2-3 weeks. I receive sensitive and expensive shipments for work and the driver decided to leave them at my mailbox in the middle of winter.
Avoid using this FedEx center (ground) if you want your shipment on time or delivered with care. Whenever a shipment comes FedEx ground they refuse to deliver it to our home citing 1/3 excuses. 1. Driveway narrow, icy, or can't turn around. Although they have never actually attempted to deliver. Also, UPS (bigger truck) delivers, FedEx Air delivers, and moving trucks and box trucks have delivered.
Terrible service, said they came to my house 2 times and never showed up either day, because I was home all day waiting, I even took time off work to make sure I was there to sign for the delivery. So my package was delayed by a week. Wouldn't recommend FedEx at all.
