My boiler went out Jan 2015 I had gotten 4 quotes and these guys were the best price. I am so glad I went with them the service was great and I use them to do the yearly inspections. Never any issues and they are always professional on phone and in person
I had my gas water heater exhaust fan go out on a Friday morning. I got ahold of this company and a guy came right out (within 2 hours). He looked at the part and said it would cost $850 which included labor. He said a new water heater would have cost just $900. In either case it would not be fixed right away. So I ordered a new heater from them. I found a company online that carries the part I needed and they were right in Michigan. The part costs $200 with tax and shipping. They told me that it was easy to install. So i went and looked at the worn out exhaust fan and they were right. It has 4 screws in the top and when I took those off the old part slid right off. All in all it will be about a 20 minute job for me. For a experienced plumber it should be less then that and they wanted $800 to do a 20 min job plus charged me $120 to come out to scam me. I will never call them again!!! Don't get sucked into their high over priced charges.
Your staff Put in 2 shut off valves one to hot water heater....other to outside outlet which they determined froze....wanted heat tape to pipes in basement...concerned pipes would freeze....pipes may still freeze.....never insulated basement pipes.....or heat tape.....got......2 ceiling difusers hooked up to outlets already accessed by me....which had been taped off....they untapped ports and put in 2 diffusers.....they replaced 2 foot line to hot water in bathroom for which I couldn’t find washer to keep from leaking and put in shut off valve on hot water heater.....they were here for 2 hours.....I was quoted price of $120.00 for visit and would take money off that for what they did....they charged me $819.00. For those services.....which did not fix 2 of my concerns......and in 2 days no one can send me an itemized billing to account for the money I paid you.....not to mention I was overcharged sooooo much and did not get the service needed.....please have the owner call me.....
Paid 1800 for a water softener system and made a very wrong assumption that experienced plumbers would install it properly. I was very wrong to assume this. I was also treated like I was a nuisance when I called to tell them about the issue. I recommend staying far away
