I was just visiting town with a friend, and we stopped in to look around. The guinea pigs seemed neglected, for no food or hay was available to them and the water bottle was in a position where the pigs couldn't reach it. When we fixed it, the pigs were very thirsty and climbed on top of each other to reach it. Anyone who has done any research on guinea pigs knows that they constantly need hay and they do not need a salt wheel, but the owner of this store didn't seem to know that. Their cages were not clean. The ferret was very aggressive and did not look as if it had been taken care of. The mice and fish didn't seem quite right either.
Steven had no problem special ordering several African dwarf frogs. He provided several knowledgeable answers concerning these frogs. I appreciated his helpfulness.
