Walked in neeeded exhaust spring.
They discriminate against older snowmobiles. They will sell you the parts, but heavan forbid they do work you would pay them to do. Tried to get them to get spark on my 1991 Yamaha Exciter. An easy task since they had a full Exciter in their warehouse and I knew it. But when I brought it in, the owners had a debate RIGHT IN FRONT of me whether or not they would take it. They did, but then called me the next day to tell me they wouldn't do it. So yeah. They lost a customer that day. They have a ton of parts, and good for that. But they have crap customer service and discriminate against the older machines.

Don't let other people's reviews fool you. This is the second time that this place has saved our weekend in a panic when both local dealerships turned us down. They stopped what they were doing to get us back out on the trails. This kind of service deserves a tip. Trust me.
Keep this place in mind have lots of stuff to get u back on trail..
I have gotten parts and service and advice for multiple snowmobiles from C&S. From a 80s skidoo to a 99 ZR 700 to a 01 ZR 800 Infact I got my 99 ZR 700 with a long track from them. I have never had an issue with their parts their service or their friendliness and willing to help get my sleds back on the trail. In fact they are more friendly than the folks at the local Cat, Polaris, Skidoo and other dealers.
Called for a part and theysaid couldnt tell me unless i brought my sled to them sorry i dont have time to waste loading my sled to just drive 2 hrs away for them to tell me they dont got the part horrible customer service
