The cashier couldn't remember if she gave me my change or not which she did not. She did the same thing to the man behind me in line. Then it was so cold in there I was shivering while eating my lunch. I suggest turning the air conditioning off.

Love the Gaylord staff. Petoskey location is good too, but Gaylord staff are outstanding.
