Their punctuality is the only reason why I rate them higher than one or two stars. They're good for one-time rides, when you have no other options, but I would reccomend to just save up for a car or a bicycle instead.
The drivers are very punctual, however, only some are, how do I say it, "comfortable" to ride with. There was one man who I rode with, and after I greeted him politely, not a single word. Not even when I got off and said to have a nice day. And dispatch. Oh what a rollercoaster ride dispatch is to me. See, I'm a regular with Bus Incentive, so most of dispatch knows who I am and knows where I have to go to work everyday. And, that somehow results in them rushing me along to basically 'get me out of the way', as I see it. You would think it'd be the other way around, but no, it's not.
