Only one guy showed up and dragged a chair onto my Harwood floor and left a large gouge. Didn't leave pads under the couch which got wet. Called to have them come back for the pads and they didn't show up until 6pm, after the floor had dried. After contacting a manager about the damage, i was told they would come look at the damage when someone was in the area but couldn't give me any idea when that was. Highly dissatisfied!!
Ive used other carpet cleaning companies in the past yuck. the stanley steemer crew is the most thorough and customer service oriented company Ive ever used they have sent different crews each time and when they leave Im always satisfied with the job they do. and the crews are so friendly and easy to talk to. i highly recommend
