I was visiting Michigan from another state for my cousin's wedding and brought my watch here to get the battery replaced while my family ran another errand. The technician broke my watch in the process by forcing the back when the face was not flat. I had to fly home leaving it in their custody to send to their repair contractor for a repair quote. It was going to be a couple hundred dollars and they said it was my fault because the watch had gotten "too warm" in the trunk before I brought it in. After talking with watch experts, I found out this could not have been true in the slightest. They tried to make me pay for their ineptitude and though I called their corporate helpline and the company ended up taking care of all the charges, I am left with a watch that is scratched all over the back cover and that was not sealed properly either -- my beloved watch of 4 years, now a mangled reminder that I will never bring a watch to a national chain ever again for batteries or anything else.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. We were relaxed and not pressured to buy anything.
