I called their office today. The "lady" who answered the phone was incredibly RUDE. She even ended the call with me while I was in mid-sentence, trying to ask a question. It was a bit shocking, to say the least. She treated me as if I was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would assume someone employed to answer the phones would have a smidgen of customer service. They are the voice of your company after all.
A very pleasant fellow to do business with.
The phone company has to deal with a service interruption between his office and me.
Very strange...but that has no reflection on his outstanding service.
