This place should be located at 1054 Old-27 NORTH, not south. It's on the north edge of Gaylord at the city limits. Another name for the road they're on is North Center Avenue.
Staff recommendations proved to be the highest quality and available when needed. They waited for me on a Saturday past closing and helped me load. Professional personnel, good e-mail communications...highly recommended. 5 Stars
Absolutely terrible! It would be the last place on earth that I would ever do business with ever again. After giving them $5500 for an account in my name, the job was completed by my builder of wrong choice. There was still a credit left over from unused materials and the manager refused to refund it to me when I tried to close the account. It was said that the builder had to give permission for me to receive my own funds. Pro build took it upon themselves to make the builder the account manager and I literally had to threaten them to get my refund. After getting ripped off from high priced materials that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere, I finally got them to refund my leftover funds. I would not ever recommend them to anyone!
