It took them 3 times to find out that it was the thermostat and I told them the first time that it was the thermostat they charge me $89 for service call $40 for labor and another $80 for the thermostat this is ridiculous.
We had our heat exchange replaced in our furnace. The technician called two different people in their office to check that it was under warranty and was told by both people that it was. When my husband talked to the people on the phone, it was reconfirmed. The technician came out, replaced the heat exchange and signed the receipt indicating it was all paid for under the warranty. My husband gets a call about 4 days later and they wanted $900 because the warranty was expired. After going back and forth with them, we settled for paying part of the cost. We won't go through them again and definitely wouldn't recommend them.
Excellent Service and fast repair of our forced air furnace. A Tech came out and evaluated the problem 4 days later another Tech came with the odered parts and did a complete systems check and repair at an extremely fair price. Thanks so much for taking such good care of us.
