I like this store, but it was jam packed yesterday when I went. They had all the registers open and they were well staffed. Just really crowded d/t big sale.
Nice place to shop. Leaving on the other hand is a DEATH trap. Use the light. This city's road system is from the 1800's still.
I think it's bogus when you earn Kohl's cash and you have a minimal amount of time to spend it. I spent almost $1,000! You expect me to turn around and spend my Kohl's cash of a few hundred a mere few weeks later? Really?!? What's wrong with you?!? I earned that! It's not like a coupon expiring! That's ridiculous and you know it! It's repulsive and I refuse to shop at your place of business any further. You're a dirty, dirty, dirty company. I bought tights at your place that had a funky tag and I went to return them and even though it showed up on my credit card you REFUSED to take it back bc you said it wasn't your product EVEN THOUGH YOU CHARGED ME FOR IT! I found it in a bin. ALSO what grinds my gears about how dirty you are is the fact that I will pay full price for something but because I used Kohl's cash on something else MONTHS AGO on a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT, you won't give me my full price back for said product! That is so ungodly dirty! That's BS and you know it! Anything to line your pockets! No more me dropping a grand here and there for junk products either at Christmas time all for it to break! Your Black Friday sales are garbage! So beyond livid and done with your shady store!
Clean store. Lots of great items. Some of the staff could be more customer satisfaction oriented. Overall a nice place to shop.
I'm a happy Kohl's customer again. I had an exchange that I didn't have a receipt for. Customer service took the time and was able to take care of it. Thanks Kohl's!
