The Gaylord store does not have consistent hours, they always post on thier Facebook page "depends" on whatever is going on that week if their going to be open, so you have to take a chance and drive there. Been there 4xs to shop, and they were closed. They were closed on Black Friday!?! Won't be back.
I visit both her stores here and in My.Pleasant. I bought my nursing shoes here. Decided I wanted another pair just like I had previously bought in the same style and color. Couldn't purchase online due to that color and style being discontinued by manufacturer. Stopped by the Mt. Pleasant store and she no longer had my size. Checked with her Gaylord store and thought my size had been purchased. She called me a week later to tell me she DID have my size! I was exstatic, went to pick them up and they were at another store so they sent them to me at their expense since she had told me they would be there. Very ice and friendly people.
