The only reason I can think they don't post their phone number is because there tied of all the complaints.
Lost $16 dollars.....no wash.
The self service bays seem like they have good pressure but even after using the brush my car was still not clean. Beeper isn't loud enough either. Disappointed, the price is reasonable and the place is clean and well maintained but did not clean my car so what's the point?

Very pleased with the Touchless
As stated in other comments, if the arm touch ANYTHING (mirror) it stops everything and your must exit......without getting your wash. Dummy me drove back around a tried it again!!!!
Voice the same as others...don't waste your money, when I tried calling phone is disconnected. Stay away, I know better now.
