Won't use agian !! Everything seemed good at frist ..there not open on weekends so I was told that I would pay Friday thur Monday up front and get a refund ...I had the car for 3 days and payed for 5 never revived my refund ..I called and sill did not receive a refund ..BEWARE

Website says theres a car available, quoted price, get there and we're treated rudely, told there's no cars, he guesses he can find us a car, quoted way more than advertised, rude about not taking cash, come back moments later with a card, says he just rented the one he had to go out of his way to rent to us. Had nothing all day to rent to us pathetic, still not as bad as enterprises runaround about cars they supposedly have available. Go to Avis in pellston, even if it's out of your way, way cheaper, nicer, don't lie about availability of cars, plenty to choose from, way quicker processing. Hertz in gaylord and enterprise in petoskey/gaylord are a joke Nothing in stock, different quote each time, difficult to deal with

Rented a vehicle, problems with washer fluid. Was still charge for the rental even though we did not use the car. Did not drive a single mile. Avoid if possible. Also accused us of causing the problem. Difficult people to deal with. Avoid.
