I was supposed to have an appointment with Terresa today December 19th 2014. When I called on the 17th December 2014 and made the appointment I asked Terresa if the appointment was for Thursday and she stated that no it was for Friday. I showed up for my appointment today(Friday)@ 2.30pm and found the shop closed. No phone call to cancel. This is bad business and very rude. Needless to say I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. I guess you cannot go by other peoples recommendations.

If you want your hair hacked and over processed, and then treated like a criminal if you complain go to New Dimensions. I had very thick long hair that I wanted thinned and the blond calmed down with a toner. Even though the stylist promised me that's what she'd do, she gave me what looks like a Mullet, short and layered on top and long one length on the bottom. She burnt my hair with dye and then highlighted it on top so that my hair now looks like straw. There was a demarcation where she only highlighted the top and left the bottom in the back one color. She never showed me the back with a mirror. I had to go back after leaving very distraught and ask her to clean it up. Other women in the shop with equally damaged hair and talked to one of my friends that agreed that they tell you one thing and then do what they want leaving you feel disrespected and damaged waiting for your hair to grow out.You will pay a lot of money for the worst hair care I've ever experienced in a salon.
